PSXHAX aka PSXHACKS Development Coming Along, General Updates
So it's been a few weeks and both myself and @AdvMerlin have been testing some backend code and functionality around the site... definitely not perfect yet but coming along at a decent pace.

The goal is to bring some members from the other site to help us further test things here sometime next week if all goes well, and shortly thereafter we'll open the doors to the public.

Then we'll do a series of news posts detailing how to use all of the snazzy new features Xenforo offers, including how to 'follow' others on the site so that all of their latest updates will appear right in your own personal news feed! ;)

Below is a screenie of it on a mobile device, and remember should you run into any issues while browsing it (borked / broken / etc stuff) let us know in the Feedback and Suggestions forum.

Be sure to include what you were browsing with (PC, phone, tablet) and the OS / browser so that we can attempt to recreate and fix any issues. Thanks in advance everyone!!! :D

Lumen - Eternal Flashlight That Doesn't Need Batteries
This is pretty cool, saw it on YouTube today... Touch Lumen by Rost and the heat of your body will be converted to light!

Essentially it's an everlasting light source that is always with you. :)

From their Kickstarter Page, to quote: WHAT IS LUMEN?

It is an ordinary flashlight with brightness comparable to your smartphone's except his main feature - it doesn't need batteries and virtually eternal.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

af6505c97807358d3bb007c8164566e5_original.jpg Lumen has relatively simple work principle - you touch TEG (Thermoelectric Generator) - small ceramic bar that can produce electric current when we provide temperature difference between upper and lower parts of TEG.

LUMEN SPECIFICATIONS
  • Weight : ~ 35 gramms \ 1,2 oz for Aluminium version
  • Weight : ~ 45 gramms \ 1,5 oz for Titanium version
  • Dimensions: 40 mm x 10mm x 80 mm \ 1,6" x 0,4" x 3,2"
  • 5mm ultrabright CREE led
  • Light output: 3000 mCd
