For the SuperSlim PS3 you would need a hardware mod (aka ODE) as they can't be downgraded at this time.

Although there are some GITs with partial code on it, the ODE isn't completely open source so you would have to get one and reverse-engineer it to figure out how it works on OFW 4.80.

Guys I just wanted to ask I have a PS3 Slim (CECH 3003A) on OFW 4.80 would I be able to downgrade with an E3 Flasher ?
