What does DB backup/restore do?

@FateNightroad The backup/restore payloads backs up your game database so that if you ever get the dreaded forced database rebuild and all your games are not showing on the home menu anymore you can simply restore it using the backup you made.

If you have a USB drive plugged in when you run the backup payload it will also backup all of your user data (save data etc)

Please note that the restore payload ONLY restores your databases. It does not restore your save games!

Most people have always assumed that the restore payload will also restore your saves but it will not. It has never worked like that.

This is why on this menu I have named them 'DB' Backup/Restore instead of just backup/restore.
