This is an update to my Android app to host the PS4 5.0X exploit and payloads.

This initial release just contains the 3 main payloads.

To use it you have to setup a wifi hotspot with your phone/tablet and connect the PS4 to that hotspot or connect the phone/tablet to the same network the PS4 is on.

Then install the app and open it and at the top will be the address you need to connect to with the PS4.

Your device might ask you about installing an application from "unknown sources" this is ok to allow, it just means its not coming from Google Play.

You just select the payload you want to run in the app and then use the PS4 to goto the address that you see in the app.

To change the payload just select it in the app and then use the ps4 to revisit/refresh the address again.

you can add more payloads to the app you just plug your phone into your computer and copy any payload BIN file you like into the PS4_50X_Payloads directory.

you will get one "There is not enough free system memory" because that's how this exploit works, just click ok and the page should reload and load the selected payload.

Can anyone clarify which version on hen is loaded on the new ps4 serve3 v2 app. The old app had hen v1.8 which had been the most stable on my ps4 so far.

AlAzif's filles have hen v1.6 which is not stable at all on my ps4.

Ok, posting for posterity . . .

Downloaded and installed HEN 1.6, and that did nothing.

I guess I need to either d/l the entire library again or dump the pkgs and reinstall them.

@redlofredlof 1.8 was a compile error on my behalf, that was really hen 1.4 + mira (the original released 505 exploit).

if you want to use that version again look on your favorite exploit loader for Mira + Hen and it should be the same one.

I removed it because it was causing problems with installing pkg files then upgrading hen would cause the pkg files to fail, but I did add it to the cache_install payload because people were requesting it.

its junk imo but each to their own :)

I have found the error, why cache install works at v15 but not from v20. after installing and starting from v20 and higher, only the cache_install.html (6.2mb) exists in the ps4_50x_payloads folder, cache_install.bin is missing.

it is shown to me in the app, but now every time cache_install is a kenerlpanic after starting "the payload". if the cache_install.bin in the folder (as in v15), everything works fine.

is that so wanted that the cache_install.bin no longer appears in the folder? only the cache_install.html?

@esme
the loader payload that is included in the original exploit is unstable with large .bin payloads so cache_install was included as a .html payload because ps4serve can use both types.

if you want the bin payload just download the bin payload and rename it to anything but Cache_Install.

so make it something like Bin_Cache_Install and add it to the ps4_50x_payloads folder then run the app and select the Bin_Cache_Install in the list to send to the ps4.

Thanks for the answer. But why do I have the crashes (kenerlpanic) when the cache_install.html sends to install an ApplicationCache.db that resides on the USB in root. This is not just me. The same happens to a friend.

As already mentioned, this does not happen with v15, because cache_install.bin still exists. only since the cache_install.html appears alone in the ps4_50x_payloads folder.

@esme
the html payload works on 3 of my test machines.
its my guess you are trying to use the bin loader which does not support large payloads and your ps4 has issues using large html payloads

If you are using it to install a db from usb the internal cache can be removed making the payload very small again.
try this usb only one

USB_Cache_Install.zip

I can only describe what I noticed.
I delete everything from the phone (app and the ps4_fw50x_payload folder), install the v22 and start it. the ps4_fw50x_payload folder is created and I use the cache_install.html, which exists in this folder (6.2 mb) and which is displayed to me in the app. my kenerlpanics are done with me and my friend.
this has been the case since v16.

I have no problems with v15. It works wonderfully, as I have said several times.

I thought I would now put the cache_install.bin-v9 (2.2 mb) from your github page in the ps4_fw50x_payload folder and try it. why is the usb_cache_install file just 8 kb tall, while your v9 is 2.2 mb large?
