Final Fantasy XV Game Bug Demo: Out of Bounds Glitch Crashes PS4

Hi, I found a way to crash my PlayStation 4 console while playing Final Fantasy XV using the out of bounds glitch.

It shows the following error on the screen:

An error has occurred in the following application: (CE-34878-0) Final Fantasy XV

I didn't have any PS4 updates / DLC for the game installed.

EDIT: seems @Samet Chan beat me to the punch. but if it's any consolation that will the answer for any other games as well.

There is no Final Fantasy XV, Coudn't find.

unfortunately this problem has been rampant. i did some research about it but my result is not enough documentary but here my tow scenario

1) HDD
2) RAM

to be honest reinstalling FW or game is bs at all (sony answer)
I had 5 sample/ps4 to test/check any idea.

so I start with changing hdd.my results was strange nd looks silly at first glance lol
3/5 of them work correctly (same game, same fw, same hdd) with blue WD.

my next step is changing ram that will need time and some $ you know
anyway if you guys knowing about processing/analysing contact to me to sharing smth useful.
