Unfortunately I could not find a nicer way for the DLCs so I'm including the savefile for the DLC skins, I recommend playing until you reach the assassins house in baghdad before using the save, since the save skips the whole prologue which is about 2h of the game. That's because the skins only unlock online when you reach baghdad.
The 40 thieves quest wont trigger and so it's unable to be done but you'll have all skins in that save, it has nothing completed in it just the prologue, I recommend also making more than one manual save when using this save because it can become corrupted. If you started the game before you wont be able to use this save as it will erase your progress.

Battle of Zhongyuan expansion unlocks automatically but must first complete the main battlefield "Tyrant’s Final Banquet" in the main game to play it!
In order to access the Conqueror of Jiangdong missions, you'll have to first be sure you've progressed far enough into the game's main campaign to have completed the ninth mission “Darkness over the Hanshui River.”
Afterward, you should notice that an additional section called “Ex 2” is available in your missions list. You must complete "The Crouching Dragon Roars" in the main game in order to play "Upheaval in Jingxiang".
