If you want to prepare the specified games for the console on the console, then see below: The method, how to make the game work, is pretty simple. The game should have an official patch (and how else will we launch it from the internal disk?).

The patch is being unpacked, the contents of USRDIR, except for EBOOT.BIN and updated files (if any) are taken from the disk version. PARAM.SFO (from the disk) is edited. Change the Category from DG to HG and App Version to the patch version.

In detail about each game:

I tried one more time but still the same result.
There is another method if you want to try it and report back .this method is for F.E.A.R 2 because it has a demo the method is you get the game's demo extract it and copy the param.sfo from demo and paste it at original game's folder and overwrite and copy eboot.bin from demo and paste it at USIDIR in original game's folder and overwrite then change the ps3_game folder name to the demo's folder name (NPUB****) and inject it.

if you want go to game data folder in ps3 you will see the game's name check size it will be the same as the real game size
Ok, but how do I check 'game data' folder size in PS3 ? You meant before injection ?

After injection turn on ps3 then go to games where the disc games show and the injected games also, scroll up to game data utiltiy select your game name and click triangle and then select information then you will see the acctual size of the game

Okies, I checked that already - it was 30 MB in method 2. I thought there was a way to check the GAME folder size separately.

No in method 2 the actual size wont show on the game it will be in the update folder in gamedata utility.

Oh and report later if the F.E.A.R 2 demo method works Because i am also trying some other games i will report if any work.

I tried the OTHER method .. backup restore failed twice with 800283EC error. I tried third time and it was successful. I clicked on game in XMB , then it displayed - game is corrupted, please uninstall and install again.

I did as you said - copy param.sfo and eboot from demo to game. Renamed game folder to demo game.

Note : I used BLUS version of game and demo version was NPEB.

Yes I copied and replaced param.sfo and eboot.bin from demo to PS3_GAME. Rename also done. Should I try again ?
I will try it today and see what is going wrong it works with syndicate but again syndicate is already 4.81 compatible i will try it with other games today including F.E.A.R 2 and report back.

OK i have some good news i injected NFS hot pursuit (which is not on 4.81 compatiable list) with demo's eboot.bin and param.sfo to my 4.81 ofw ps3 and i started the game and it worked but it freezes when i click on career mode so i searched again and there is an update for the game so i think if i merge the update folder with the game folder and replaced eboot and param with the demos it will work but recently i traveled so my internet is very slow so if anbody can download NFS hot pursuit (BLES00949) and downloads the update and also the demo please do the following and report back:

1. copy all contents of the extracted update into the ps3_game and merge and overwrite all if asked.

2. extract the demo and copy the eboot.bin and param.sfo from the demo and paste at the game folder with the merged update from last step and overwrite all if asked.

3. rename ps3_game folder to demo tittle id which is NPEB90293 or NPUB90488 (depends on which region you downloaded) then cut that folder and paste it at TABR game folder run TABR and do 1,3,S then restore and run the game and report back plz.
