So at last after many years of waiting for a new PlayStation 4 exploit to come out since the last 1.76 jailbreak came out we finally have one for version 4.05!

@SpecterDev did deliver what he promised to the PS4 scene and released his PS4 4.05 Exploit and everyone is going crazy.

But anyways, this is a noob tutorial for all them P$N Users who are fresh to the PS4 Modding Setup unless you're from the 1.76 era and you know what to do. :)

The following webpage will show and if success it will say waiting for payload, please note the python script will automatically send the Debug_Settings.bin to the JailbreakMe Exploit so no need to manual Netcat send

8) Press PSN Button on Controller Not (O) button, Then go to settings and scroll to the bottom then profit $$

This exploit only works on 4.05 you have to wait until the exploit is ported to older firmware but if you wanna try you have to update to 4.05

For anyone this should help:
  • Once Manuals page says "Waiting For Payload", just click Options and Refresh.
  • Look at your pc logs, it should say Payload sent!
  • Press PSN Button on Controller Not (O) button, Then go to settings and scroll to the bottom then profit $$
Enjoy

FTP is not developed yet for 4.05, you have to wait until FTP Payload or FTP+Full Debug Settings are out for it

That 8 line unmatched requests looks very odd...

DM Me and i shall help you out on Teamviewer as this Tutorial is very straightforward x
The problem for which the script was not running was that i had skype and utorrent started. I stopped them and went perfectly. Thx ! :p :D

Just a heads up for those using this Tutorial. I had issues when I placed more than one payload in the folder so swapping them out fixed that. Besides that turning off the firewall for both private and public helped. Last but not least make sure the ps4 and the python server is hosted on the same wifi frequency

If you use the updated files you will be able to select within the python script what payload you want to send now, without needing to keep swapping them and if you use IDC PS4 Entry you can send more then one payload to the payload memory without needing to restart the console each time to send a new payload
