Earlier this year we reported on a PS4 DS4 Controller USB-C Circuit Board Mod, and today PS4Scene developer @MariusHeier let us know on Twitter that he released an updated version supporting JDS30 / JDS40 / JDS55 models for only $10 now.

This is my latest USB-C circuit board for the PS4 controller.
It replaces the original usb-micro circuit board, with my usb-c circuit board.

I like your way of thinking bro. this project definitely has wings to fly. don't know if its worth registering the patent cause if it gets the exposure we all think its gonna get clones might ruin your business. so don't waste too much time otherwise some china cheap clones might beat you to it. and well since you're basically creating a market around fixing ds4 you might also think about throwing replacement batteries.

all in all 3 products, the usb-c converter, the tool to cut it easier, and quality replacement batteries. there are a lot of ps4's out there and I'm assuming the community won't let this console die for a long time so its a good long term investment with tons of damaged micro USB ports and batteries dying. if you get overwhelmed with it, find a partner to help you run the business. wish you best of luck buddy.

I just took 3 apart and will be placing order after I check my nephews in a day or so .. I got so many usb c charger + leads now - so makes sense for me.
