Do you think Amazon sellers will tell you the firmware of a PS4 if you ask them?

No because there is no way for them to tell without opening it up and booting it up. Amazon products are sold factory-new.

1-Is PS4 firmware 1.76 or 4.05 can play these games without bought the game itself? just download them?

2-is CHU-1216 can be shipped with 1.76?

There is a list of PS4 consoles you can check HERE for Firmware 1.76 and 4.05, and to play the 1.76 games you'll currently need a 1.76 console.. there is no way to run the 4.05 games yet you can only download and archive them for later on.

Correct, you can play 1.76 game dumps on a 1.76 jailbroken PS4 console that can be downloaded for free on the Internet.

Actually - yes, but there is no puplic tools to play any dumps on FW4.05. For now:

• Jailbreak for the 1.76 - yes, 4.05 - yes
• Root filesystem access for the 1.76 - yes, 4.05 - yes
• Usb, hdd hooks for the dumps play 1.76 - yes, 4.05 - NO

So, we need to wait for some smart person who can implement hooks for the 4.05
