As of last night the PSXHAX Shoutbox is offline for ALL UserGroups (including Staff, VIP, etc) due mostly to spammers abusing it.
If / when things slow down we may try re-enabling it, but generally speaking live chat boxes eat up server resources and detract from forum posts so it's definitely not a high priority at the moment.
