Yes, I too faced the same issue with my cech4008A on 4.81.
Uncheck 'NOR' and check 'eMMC'.
After PS3 settings reset, ROP was fine.

Still doesnt work. Here are my exploit page settings. This is using kws web server.

EDIT - This is the 12 GB super slim model, but I do have a 1TB hard disk added to it. on OFW 4.82

Well, I don't know if these might help...
1.) Reconnect the USB after launching the exploit page.
2.) Select File Size after changing TitleID in Destination.
------> Do not change the size , leave it as (0x10190).Click Set New Size.

Doesn't work man. File size should be 0x10190 OR 0x00010190 ? I have tried both anyway.

Hmmm not sure but I think both are same, machine will add the 3 zeros by itself anyways I think. Yeah, better try with another ready-to-inject game, probably a smaller one like Duck Tales from pspx.ru
