A few days back Microsoft's majornelson confirmed their backward compatibility engineers completed the necessary work to now include game 'multiple disc' support as part of the XBox One backward compatibility features.

There is an XBox One Backward Compatibility List on MajorNelson's official site HERE for those seeking the latest updates on their growing number of XBox 360 games now supported on XBox One.

XBox 360 Games on XBox One.jpgTo quote from on the XBox One backwards-compatibility news: "When the program launched last November, a total of 104 Xbox 360 games were available to play. That number has steadily grown ever since, from standalone backwards compatibility releases to monthly Games with Gold releases.

One thing fans have noticed, though, is that new BC releases have always been single disc 360 games. Up until just recently, games that span multiple discs had proven to be a technical hurdle the backward compatibility engineers were unable to jump.

Major Nelson took to Reddit to confirm that multiple disc games do in fact work with backwards compatibility now."
