Since the 6.72 PS4JB, 7.02 PS4JB, 7.50 / 7.51 PS4JB, 7.55 PS4JB2, 9.00 pOOBs4 PS4 Jailbreak Exploit and most recent 11.00 PPPwn PS4 Jailbreak Exploit release we've received several requests to make a detailed guide for getting Verified on PSXHAX and sharing PS4 Fake PKG (FPKG) backports / dumps with other members.

We're going to begin assuming those reading this are not a registered member on the forums, so feel free to skip the relevant steps below if you've already done them.
1) Register for an account on the forums and await the confirmation email. If you don't receive one you can Resend the Email Confirmation, and then click the included link inside the email to activate your account.

2) Login to the forums and if you've forgotten your password you can reset it using the Lost Password form.

3) Once logged in, you'll automatically receive a Member badge enabling you to make a comment and post a reply.
4) You can confirm this from your Profile Page by clicking your username in the top navigation bar and then clicking on it in the pop-up window as pictured:

Proceeding the leaked images of PS5 Swappable White Console Plates, Sony's confirmation that PS4 Peripherals & Accessories Are Not Compatible with PS5 Games and the PS5 News of Updatable DualSense Controller Software comes some purported Black PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller Images from an anonymous source via _AlexKyaw on Twitter who states they may be from an early prototype.

They don't appear to look like the previously leaked black PS5 Development Kit Controller Images, and from his Tweets below to quote:

PlayStation 5 DualSense controller has been leaked showing a black variant of the controller. Source is unknown.
