New Gaming Console / PC Heading to China via AMD and Subor
If a combination gaming console / PC hybrid featuring AMD's next-generation CPU sounds interesting, hardware manufacturer Zhongshan Subor recently announced their Subor console will be launching in China within a month in the form of a Windows PC with a dedicated console running a custom Operating System arriving later this year. 
Below is a specification comparison chart and some additional details from Eurogamer.net, to quote:
"First impressions suggest a hardware specification similar to PlayStation 4 Pro in terms of GPU compute power, but combined with next-gen Ryzen processor architecture."
The new chip runs faster at 1300MHz, but only features 24 CUs. It's also based on the latest AMD Vega design, whereas the Pro GPU is effectively an enhanced version of the original PlayStation 4 graphics core, with a number of additional features brought over from AMD's later Polaris and Vega designs.
Although offering less overall compute power, a 75MHz overclock on the Subor's Vega core will deliver the same 4.2 teraflops, assuming overclocking is available on the new part."

Today Activision officially launched the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Multiplayer Beta on PlayStation 4, complete with a PS4 trailer video and tips for CoD4 gamers below!

To give you a boost on the battlefield, the team at Treyarch put together the following five tips that could help keep you alive as you face off against a field of foes. Each Specialist has unique equipment and weaponry that they can utilize, there are new gameplay systems at work, and even new gameplay modes to learn. Study up, because knowledge is power, and we’ll see you in the Beta!
HEALTH
Players in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 have more health overall, along with the added ability to choose when they want to refill their health bar. This is a new mechanic for Call of Duty, so concentrate on nailing it in your first few matches. Soon you’ll be strategizing on when to hit L1 to inject yourself with a health boost. However, pay attention to the cooldown period between uses, and plan wisely.
CONTROL
Control is a brand-new, objective-based mode. In this mode, teams alternate between attacking and defending two objectives. Each team has a pool of 25 lives to draw from and can win rounds not only by Controlling points on the map, but also by draining the opposing team’s lives. The first team to win three rounds wins, so be sure to keep an eye on the objectives, and on the number of lives.
OPERATOR MODS AND UNIQUE ATTACHMENTS
Each gun in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has its own unique Attachment Tree, and most have Operator Mods, which are new to Call of Duty. These Operator Mods can push a weapon’s capabilities even further. For example, the Auger DMR Tactical Rifle’s Operator Mod is Burst Accelerator – each burst fires progressively faster while the trigger is held down. Just...

UnFSelf: Convert PS4 FSELF Files Back to ELF Files by DimosGsxR & SELFUtil by Znullptr
PlayStation 4 developer @DimosGsxR let us know he'd like to share his UnFSelf Windows application to convert PS4 FSELF files back to ELF files by simply dragging and dropping the FSELF file on UnfSelf.exe to get the resulting ELF file with "-decrypted" added to the filename.

For those curious the Greek sentence in the prompt roughly translated states "Please enter the location of the file:" which isn't necessary if you drag and drop it, however, like me you may need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 RC to run it.
Here's more details from his email earlier today, to quote: Guys I have made a tool to convert FSELF back to ELF. That will be useful for PS4 <5.05 to unself FSELF and lower firmware on games.
I tested and confirmed the ELF file from my program is same with dumped ELF from PS4 dumped payload.
The program is simple, no UI just drag n drop FSELF file on program and you get same name file with "-decrypted" ELF file.
You can drag multiple files at same time but need all files to be FSELF else the program is close. Just try yourself to be sure. I am not a pro development just learning C++.
I made that because I didn't want to upgrade 4.55-> 5.05, but because no one shared the ELF file from games to patch it lowering FW. Nevermind now I am on 5.05 but that will be useful for those guys who haven't upgrade.
Try it and check if decrypted FSELF files from that program is equal with PS4dump payload ELF files (all test I have done it's...
