Sony Introduces PlayLink for PS4 at E3 2017 to Combine Devices
Aimed primarily at non-gamers, Sony introduced a collection of PS4 titles dubbed PlayLink for PlayStation 4 at E3 2017 that combines devices including your smartphone or tablet, TV and PS4 console to take advantage of their touchscreen and camera capabilities while playing with family and friends. :gigglexf2:

Initial PlayLink titles include That's You, Hidden Agenda, Frantics, SingStar Celebration, and Knowledge is Power with details below from SIE Worldwide Studios Senior VP Michael Denny, to quote:

It's with great pleasure that I introduce you to PlayLink for PS4 – an exciting new way to play games with family and friends.

PlayLink combines your smartphone or tablet device, TV and PS4 console, with a collection of brand new games that take advantage of the smartphone or tablet device’s touchscreen and camera capabilities.

PlayLink titles are designed to be played in a group setting, allowing for a truly fun and dynamic experience. The collection of PlayLink games vary from gritty crime thrillers to quick-fire quizzes. If you have a smartphone or tablet with the free companion app installed and your PS4 hooked up to a TV, you’re already set.

PlayLink games turn your smartphone or tablet into a versatile controller – you can swipe, pinch, drag, tilt, rotate or even snap selfies and draw crafty doodles, depending on the game. No matter which title you choose from our PlayLink collection, it’s guaranteed to be a slick pick-up-and-play experience.

Take a behind-the-scenes look at one of our upcoming PlayLink titles:

We’re kicking off the PlayLink range with a fun title called That’s You! It’s an audacious comedy quiz which challenges you and up to five friends to get personal and find out what you really think about each other. Featuring over 1,000 varied questions, reveal your daring side by taking part in doodle challenges and snapping selfies.

In celebration of PlayLink’s launch, PlayStation Plus members will be able to access the full version of That’s You! at no additional cost starting on July 4th.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy PS4 Story Trailer at E3 2017
Here's the latest Uncharted: The Lost Legacy PS4 Story Trailer straight from Naughty Dog at E3 2017, which officially arrives on PlayStation 4 this August 22nd! (-8

To quote from Creative Director Shaun Escayg on the upcoming PS4 title:

As you can see, we’ve had a chance to take the best of Uncharted—the set pieces, puzzles, cinematic storytelling, and exotic locales—and tell a completely new story with Chloe Frazer at the helm.

She’s on the hunt for the legendary golden Tusk of Ganesh forged by the ancient Hoysala Empire, and to find it, she enlists the help of Nadine Ross. However, if there’s anything we know about Chloe and Nadine, it’s that they both keep things close to the vest. Over the course of the story, we’ll explore Chloe and Nadine’s struggle to trust one another.

But they aren’t the only ones searching for the Tusk. The story trailer also introduces our new antagonist: Asav. He’s a calm, calculating, and ruthless warmonger who is waging a civil war in the region. To keep the Tusk from falling into Asav’s hands, Chloe and Nadine will travel from war-torn city streets to the depths of India’s Western Ghats mountain range and the ruins of the Hoysala Empire.

Alongside the story trailer, we’re also debuting our new extended gameplay demo at E3. If you’re visiting the show, come see us at the PlayStation booth and be among the first in the world to see it. If you’re following along from home, don’t worry–we’ve got you covered. Keep an eye out later this week for details on when you can see the E3 demo.

XBox One X (Project Scorpio) Unveiled at E3 2017 by Microsoft!
We've seen the XBox Project Scorpio specifications and schematics, and today at E3 2017 Microsoft unveiled their next console's official name as XBox One X which arrives November 7th for $499. :laughxf2:

Below is a video some XBox One X pictures and details courtesy of TheVerge.com, to quote:

"All existing Xbox One accessories will work on the new Xbox One X — which we got to see first-hand at E3 today — alongside all existing Xbox 360 backwards compatible titles and Xbox One games. Microsoft is planning to use "super sampling" on the One X to make new games look better even on 1080p TVs.

Microsoft is also shipping the Xbox One X with an Ultra HD Blu-ray drive for 4K movies and entertainment, and 1TB of storage.

Microsoft says the new Xbox One X is the "smallest Xbox ever," and the black design looks very similar to the existing Xbox One S model. The rear of Microsoft’s new console is based on the Xbox One S, with a HDMI-in port and no dedicated Kinect port. There aren't many external changes over the Xbox One S design, and the X simply gets a little smaller.

Microsoft has 22 'console launch exclusives' arriving on the Xbox One X, including Crackdown 3, Forza Motorsport 7, and Sea of Thieves."
