Last summer a Sony NpCommerce API app dubbed PXG4: PS4 Full Game Standard Disc Game Test 4 used as a placeholder for early PS4-to-PS5 Upgrade testing from the PS4 / PS5 DevKit surfaced briefly on PlayStation Store before being removed by Sony... and earlier this month the PXG4 PS4 FG Disc Game Test 4 Entitlement (CUSA24837 Prod) PKG was leaked via Reddit (Cached Page) for those interested in examining it.

Also in PS4Scene news today comes PS4 Fake PKG Tools 3.87 V5 via CyB1K, which removes the 100GB PKG size limitation thanks to @illusion0001 for the patch!
