Major Nelson Reveals XBox One S Release Date is August 2nd, 2016
Just prior to this year's E3 conference we reported on the XBox One Slim codenamed Edmonton, and today Microsoft's Major Nelson officially announced that the XBox One S will be released on August 2nd, 2016.
According to GameSpot, the more expensive $400 white 2 TB model will arrive then with a 1 TB ($350) and 500 GB ($300) coming in December, 2016 according to Microsoft's listing.
Below are some additional details from the press release, to quote: "Xbox One S is the most compact Xbox yet, 40 percent smaller than the original Xbox One, and includes a built-in power supply. We also shifted one of the three USB ports and the pairing button to the front of the Xbox One S alongside the newly added IR blaster for increased accessibility.
Beyond the fresh new design, Xbox One S is the first and only console that allows you to watch Blu-ray movies and stream video in stunning 4K Ultra HD with HDR. That means you’ll get to enjoy your favorite shows and movies in the clearest, most realistic video possible.
With High Dynamic Range (HDR) support for video and gaming, Xbox One games like Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3, and Scalebound will look even better thanks to a higher contrast ratio between lights and darks, bringing out the true visual depth of your favorite games.
Xbox One S also comes bundled with the new Xbox Wireless Controller featuring textured grip, improved Xbox Wireless signal and added Bluetooth support (requires Windows 10 running the Windows Anniversary Update).
The controller can be purchased as a standalone item for $59.99 USD and will also be available on August 2. All Xbox One games, accessories and Xbox Live services will work with Xbox One S."

Fast-forward (translation: press the 'skip' arrow) past the epic BBS, Napster and VCD times from B.A.D. to Hitmen to Dextrose and you might end up a little mUPPED, but don't worry, the dOGS aren't dead... they keep growing with intros, demos and even more cracktros!

Facebook Article Commenting Now Added to PSXHAX.COM
Awhile back we added Facebook Login integration and finally got around to implementing Facebook commenting to articles (newer than 7 days old) here similar to Disqus.
If you want to link your social media accounts to your PSXHAX forum account you may also do so HERE.
So how does it work?
When you start typing a comment on the Facebook Comments tab (pictured below) a checkbox will appear allowing you to also post your comment on Facebook, or if you prefer only on the site here using your Facebook account.
Next we plan to tackle adding SSL based on a suggestion from @MrV1rus as time permits.
If anyone else has ideas for the site, feel free to share them in our Feedback and Suggestions forum section and have a great weekend all!
