On this snowy weekend PlayStation 4 developers are keeping the 4.05 PS4 Scene fire burning with a DumpFile405 PS4 4.05 File Decrypter based off original code from wskeu and following his 1.01 Port to decrypt usermodules by VVildCard777 alongside a significant bug fix in libftps4 from IDC. :fire:

The libftps4 fix should allow those with 4.05 PS4 Full Root FTP access using IDC's 4.05 Exploit / FTP Payload forks to achieve a more complete directory listing now. (y)

Change your ip address to use the pc you are listening ie:

send the payload like:

socat -u FILE:DumpFile405.bin TCP:<ps4 ip>:9020
Compile with IDC's Cturt *** mod ps4-payload-*** https://github.com/idc/ps4-payload-***
  • on your usb stick (fat32) make a directory /405
  • insert into the ps4 and run the payload
This will dump all the usermodules self/sprx/sdll/sexe onto your usb in the /405 folder decrypted some like eboots are renamed because i was too lazy to implement folder generation to mimic the ps4 fs but you can change to code to suit whatever you choose to :)

Currently at work. Will upload the files once I get home. By the way I checked the hash for both original and decrypted files and they are different.
thanks. The hash should be different if one file is encrypted and the other is decrypted. were you comparing the files from dumpfile and files from ftp?

And it was my mistake not yours. it was fifa 2017 someone dumped the other day.
 
ok all those needed to be dumped and decrypted for fifa to be loaded later. so good job.

But there was a miscommunication, I didn't want those. I wanted the sprx files from the first time you ran dumpfile, the system files.

I wasn't specific enough. here's the files i really want
libkernel.sprx
libSceWebKit2.sprx
libSceLibcInternal.sprx

but you could upload all files from that first dump, if your willing. thanks
edit - they might be .prx files after dumped
 
  • Start your PS4
  • On PC launch Al azif’s tool
  • On PS4 launch userguide
  • Send debug setting payload
  • Send dumpfile405 payload
  • Press ps button
  • Reenter userguide
  • Send libftp payload (if the PS4 turn off suddenly just repeat from beginning)
  • Press ps button
  • Launch any bd game
  • On PC launch ftp client and connect to PS4
  • If its fail to connect, retry until it is connected
  • Once connected check your usb flash drive (assuming you have connected it to PS4 earlier)
  • I used usb flash drive with LED light so I can see if there is acitivity in it. If the LED flashing it may dumping the file to folder “405” inside usb flash drive.
I don’t know if these are not real steps to run the payload. I may be wrong. But I did this way and it worked.

And if you want to dump decrypted file from bd game u need to edit the path in payload before compile.
