PSProxy PS4 Update Bypass by Red-EyeX32 Works, Passphrase Changed

If you're trying to get online with a PlayStation 4 console and don't want to update to Sony's latest PS4 Firmware 4.05 in hopes that the 4.01 Kernel Exploit will surface, then be sure to check out PSProxy with the latest version being PSProxy.rar (v4.0.0.0) from @RedEyeX32!

Yeah, yeah... we know it wasn't working for a few weeks now, but since Sony updated their PS4 Firmware to version 4.05 it appears the passphrase changed and low and behold reports of users on 4.01 Firmware confirm it's now working again and they can connect to PSN without updating to v4.05!

Someone tested it with a 3.55 to bypass 4.5?

I tested on 3.55 and was unable to get it to work. I've heard third hand reports of it working on 3.55 though, and first hand on 4.01

I don't have a PS4, but getting a PS4 Pro on day one. If I disable system Software update files in the automatic download menu on the PS4, I will still be able to download game updates if I keep application update files ticked, right? No need for psproxy if I don't want to play online or buy games online. Just wan't to make sure so that I don't update my Ps4 Pro by mistake.

I tried it on 3.55 , it gave an error that told me to update to use network features.

Not working on 3.55.. Use to work before 4.01 came out.. I believe bypass is only working for 4.01 for now...

While it does work on 4.01, I can't download anything from PSN, be it update, DLC or game.

I can't test multiplayer, as I don't have PSN+ and I can't update my games. Everything else seems to work.
