For a perfect gaming experience

For shorter loading times and more free space the PlayStation 5 can be extended with an M.2 SSD. Thanks to its ideal dimensions, the be quiet! MC1 is suited perfectly to provide the necessary cooling power for the extended memory.

Below is the installation video from Be Quiet! on YouTube, and from SKNR.net to quote:

"It is also one of the only M.2 SSD coolers on the market compact enough to perfectly fit inside the expansion slot of the PlayStation 5 and able to cool double-sided SSDs, protecting the memory modules on both sides of the PCB from overheating.

The result is much lower and safer SSD temperatures, which translates into trouble-free gaming sessions and an increased lifespan of the drive.

The M.2 SSD cooler also comes in a Pro version that is NOT compatible with PS5."

How to install M.2 SSD storage in your PlayStation 5

With its September update, Sony finally allows installation of lightning-fast M.2 SSD memory into the PlayStation 5.

If you are planning to buy big double-sided drives then there is no way around our SSD cooler MC1, which is one of the few coolers that fit into the PS5. This video shows you how to install it inside your gaming system.
