With continued and much appreciated assistance from @sealab, PlayStation 4 developer @j0lama has updated the initial PS4 payload to Fully Enable Debug Settings version 2 adding more options for developers. :love:

If you haven't checked J0lama's Blog lately definitely drop by, and for those who missed it a PS4 1.76 UI Mod Demo Video featuring the Full Debug Settings is also available.

Download: Fully-Enable-Debug-Settings_v2.bin (1 MB) / Devkit-Debug-Settings.bin (Fixed v2)

Code:
v1:

*(uint32_t*) 0xFFFFFFFF8269C07Cull=0;
*(uint32_t*) 0xFFFFFFFF8269B56Full=0;

v2 adds:

*(uint16_t*) 0xFFFFFFFF833242FCull = 0x8101;
Cheers to both @Figure03 and @xxmcvapourxx for the heads-up in the PSXHAX Shoutbox! :beer::beer:
