guys i'm new to here also i try to do this when i press system update along-with start button on ps3 proxy tool it says failed to load resources and so and so anyone to help

make sure that you have entered the correct ip and port. and you have to start the program as admin.

Then you did something wrong. Try a new installation. And do not forget to start the program as admin.

You have to download this ps3.proxyserver from this post.

And run like admin. Just follow the instructions here posted

Did you install Net Framework 1.1 SP1?

Officially Net.Framework 1.1 doesn't work with Win (7), 8 and 10.

I installed Net 1.1 and NetFramwork 1.1 SP1
Then I restared my PC and woop it runs
