thanx i found it
what i did is edited the param.sfo and changed the game id to BCAS20071 , i created a LICDIR folder because i didn't have one in my PS3_GAME folder , i generated a LIC.DAT file from the new param.sfo , i used cfw2ofw helper to convert the game and i renamed the conversion directory to NPHA20071 because cfw2ofw gave me a NPAA20071 folder. now the game launches fine it gives me a demon's souls logo than a black screen and no hdd activity
please help i really want to play the game
UPDATE: i used KDW to convert the game now it boots fine but after the logo it gives me this error "FAILED TO INSTALL THE TROPHY SET" can anyone help please
UPDATE 2 : creating a new user before data transfer solved the problem
