Recently PlayStation 4 developer Specter updated the PS4 Playground 3.55 successor to PS4Console v1.1, and since then he's started Specter's Development Blog to share information and progress with other developers.

Seems that a CFW is pretty unlikely at this point. Do we need a CFW to run games though?

Hi, I want to research some of the ps4 sprx files like libsce .sprx. How to RE sprx files? Is there a way to decrypt them or will I have to dump them from the ps4's memory to get unencrypted ones?

if so, how would I dump them from my ps4's memory? I'm not extremely familiar with bsd operating systems.

@sped easy step is use ftp (like xvortex) payload which can decrypt them while copying
