Can somebody make a FPKG of the EU Version of Dark Souls 3 GOTY ED? Please I really want it, I tried to do it but I'm getting errors.

Been doing a lot of eboot hexedit lately.

A quick tip for beginners: Make sure to decrypt your eboot.bin with unfself first, rename the decrypted file back to eboot.bin. (Backup the original eboot.bin to another folder)

Decrypted eboot will show ELF at the beginning of Decoded Text, when you open it with HxD

Then only proceed to hexedit the decrypted eboot.bin with either Direct File Address or Array of Bytes Method.

You want to make sure that the offset values are correct. Otherwise, your game will not boot & you will encounter error CE-34878-0

I seldom see this mentioned anywhere else & I feel the need to point it out here.

A lot of people wondering why their hexedited eboot does not work. Chances are the eboot is still signed & the offsets are all wrong.

or you want to extract the pkg files & mod it?

@AeonLewis I already extracted and did the mod for Patch 1.03, the problem is i cannot rebuild the pkg

idk why its says the message above that ive sent earlier, so if you can do for me or in Souls fans in general PLEASE do it

If you can't build the pkg then you should focus on how to How to Remarry the 1.03 update to your DS3 base. Use Fake PKG Tools 3.87 v5 by CyB1K.

LEARN how to manually extract the update pkg & arrange the PKG folder structure properly. Don't use any automatic pkg building/remarry app, I find them mediocre at best.

You need to learn how to properly build & remarry a fpkg from scratch. Otherwise how are you going to handle any future mods if you can't even build a simple update pkg yourself?

@AeonLewis do i really need to remarry the patch to the base game? cuz i just followed Modded Warfare's tutorial in patching games and it didn't need the remarry process but it didn't work for me

You absolutely need to remarry the 1.03 update patch to your version of the DS3 base game.

Otherwise you'll get an error when you try to install the update on your ps4.

@spotanjo3 and others who don't care.. I can't stand games running at 30FPS very often, that's why i tend to use PC for the past... 30 years?

I decided to run those GTA Trilogy remakes on both PS4 Pro and PC and the difference is shocking.. Looks worse even on the Pro and is playable at 4K, though i can tell its not *actually* running at 4K and its definitely around 30FPS.

In fact on Vice City, the whole building destruction mission from Avery.. It practically slowed to a crawl at about 3FPS on the PS4 when the bombs blow.. On PC in 4K without enabling DLSS, 60FPS with NO input lag its night and day lol and the same explosion scene was rendered perfectly smooth with no frame drops at all.

Funny how the new consoles are basically about the same power as my -old- setup lol
