Following the PS4 Remote Package Installer and RPI_GUI release I've made a GUI for Windows. It's portable and only needs the .Net Framework (4.5.2) followed by PS4RPI_02.rar, PS4RPI_03.rar, serve-win32.zip updates, PS4RPI_04.rar and more revisions below.

For the http server it uses miniweb.exe. It's included in the download. Please try it.

I will add more features later and also implement some error catching.

@iphonegr I have no way of testing it outside of windows.
But it shoud work. You have to delete the bat file as it will only work on windows.
And you will have to use any other http server. I can provide a version of "serve" compiled for linux and mac if needed.

The coolest thing here is that you can play until you download your games.
This is perfect for me, I'm lazy too buh hate to stay and wait until pkg install is complete.
GREAT WORK !!!

I had pretty good results with using nginx. I was able to send 40gb~ in about 7 1/2 minutes. This is with a direct 1gig connection to the PS4.

* Just because I saw someone talking about it.. No you don't need a cross over cable to do this, most NICs auto mdix.

I'm using a usb3 to gigabit adapter to make another network port. I assigned it 10.0.0.1 and manually assigned my ps4 10.0.0.2. (This is outside of my normal network range.. just to keep the networks separate and my ps4 off the the internet)

I did have to turn off my firewall on the NIC (was being lazy and didn't want to setup rules for the webserver) in Windows 10.
