I have a problem with the exploit. Check my situation: I have hard drive flash at the right usb (with only lic.edat file) and hard disk in the left (with only the backub inejet) Is right?

When I initialize rop chain it starts and in the end says NOT FOUND ALL OFFSETS,WAIT 60 OR 90 SEC AND RESTART...I can't solve the problem ...any help?

It can be many things but try connecting only the USB with lic.edat and remove the hard drive assuming you have already restored the backup. Also use the latest version of Ps3xploit and set the path for both the lic.edat and the game folder and also clear everything. Check here to see to set the path.

Try putting the address in your computer's browser from which you are running the server. If it doesn't load even there, then your server files are bad. Try this.

Just cause 2- stuck at loading screen
Far cry 3- story mode doesnt have a story
Fifa 18- works properly

so i need to rename the directory to NPEA01138
What about just cause 2 it is not on the list so its not compatible

no no no, the renaming of the directory is only to not conflict with another game (Worms Ultimate Mayhem), you have to install the game data before injecting or DTU

Use cfwtoofw helper to cover the game and inject the two folders it creates I think.

@UlquiorraSama you can't do it on PC, you need a CFW console for it, or install it with the original disk, there is no other way
