PS4 Homebrew Store Package (PKG) by LightningMods & HBStore CDN by Sleirsgoevy
Following the open source homebrew PS4 PKG Store from @Joaquin Salih (aka toxxic407) and his previous release, today PlayStation 4 developer @LightningMods announced on Twitter news of another PS4 homebrew store package he made with LibOrbis from [plain]PSXDev[/plain] (now depreciated, scene devs should refer to OrbisDev instead) for those interested that own a jailbroken PS4 console.

PS4 Player v1.08 PKG by Lapy05575948 is Now Available!

FAQ: All PlayStation 4 Owners Can Change Online ID Starting Today
We've seen the memo, PS4 Beta Testers since 6.10 have been able to do it and today Sony officially rolled out the ability to change your Online ID for all PlayStation 4 console owners. 
According to Sony's Social Media Director Sid Shuman everyone will also be able to change your online ID via a Web browser.
Below are further details and the full FAQ, to quote: We do want to take this opportunity to clarify one point – as a result of the preview program, we’ve found an instance where a game did not fully support the feature, even though it was originally published after April 1, 2018, contrary to what we mentioned in our original announcement.
All PS4 games originally published on or after April 1, 2018 have been developed to support the online ID change feature. However, since they have not all been specifically tested with the feature, we cannot guarantee that they will support it.
For more details and information, we encourage you to refer to the list of tested games before making a change to your online ID. Do keep in mind that the large majority of most actively played PS4 games support the feature.

Following his previous updates, developer @CMTFrosty (Twitter) made available both a Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare MenuBase 1.23 with source code alongside a video demonstration from his YouTube Channel of it in action for those with a jailbroken PS4 5.05 console.
He credits golden for helping with a Ghosts fix stating that a Ghosts menubase is also coming soon!
