PS4 System Software / Firmware 10.71 OFW Live, Don't Update!
Proceeding the PS4 System Software / Firmware 10.70 OFW Update last month, Sony released PS4 System Software / Firmware 10.71 OFW which 'improves' system performance once again with the PS4UPDATE.PUP and changelog below. 
As always, DON'T UPDATE if you wish to use PS4 Game Fake PKGs via PS4 Torrents and Homebrew Apps whenever a new PS4 Jailbreak Exploit arrives in the PlayStation 4 Scene.

PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Updates for August 2023
Since the new PS4 and PS5 Games introduced earlier this month, today Sony revealed the latest PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Updates in August 2023 for PS Plus subscribers. 
Below are all the incoming PSPlus title details from SIE Content Acquisition & Operations Director Adam Michel, to quote:
Today we're happy to reveal the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for August 2023. The lineup includes two hotly anticipated indies available with Game Catalog on their respective launch days – Sea of Stars and Moving Out 2.
Sea of Stars will be available when it launches on Tuesday, August 29, with all other titles available starting Tuesday, August 15. Let's dive in.
PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium | Game Catalog
Sea of Stars | PS4, PS5
Sea of Stars is a turn-based RPG inspired by the classics. It tells the story of two Children of the Solstice who combine the powers of the sun and moon to perform Eclipse Magic, the only force capable of fending off the monstrous creations of the evil alchemist known as The Fleshmancer.
Developer Sabotage aims to modernize the classic RPG in terms of turn-based combat, storytelling, exploration, and interactions with the environment, while still offering a hearty slice of nostalgia and good old, simple fun.
Moving Out 2 | PS4, PS5
Moving Out 2 will take players back to the breakneck, breakback (and break-knee) world of Smooth Moves’ Furniture Arrangement and Relocation Technicians (F.A.R.Ts), as they pack furniture, technology, and everything including the kitchen sink across increasingly bizarre locales, with increasingly deadly challenges.
Moving Out 2 will see the introduction of online co-operative, cross-play enabled gameplay to the series, allowing F.A.R.Ts around the world to team up and creatively move furniture from point A to point B and beyond!

Rebel Galaxy Outlaw, Panzer Dragoon: Remake & LEGO 2K Drive PS4 PKGs
This weekend the PlayStation 4 Scene received a Rebel Galaxy Outlaw v1.04 PS4 PKG and a Panzer Dragoon: Remake v1.01 PS4 PKG by @opoisso893 (Twitter) with help from @golemnight alongside a LEGO 2K Drive Awesome Rivals Edition v1.09 PS4 PKG by @CyB1K (Twitter) complete with a PS4 DLC Pack sending out thanks to @Archi55, @jocover and @xmrallx for the help to use on Jailbroken PS4 consoles.

PS4 FPKGs Can Be Installed on PS5, Currently Won't Run on PlayStation 5
While it's possible to install PS4 Fake PKGs (FPKGs) on Exploitable PlayStation 5 Consoles via the PS5 Kernel Exploit (3.xx-4.xx), unfortunately they currently won't run without a valid license (purchased games) or kernel patches according to @zecoxao on Twitter. 
For those recently joining the PS5 Scene, this comes following the Astro's Playroom (HDD PS5 ASTROBOOT) Updates, Robinson: The Journey PS4 on PS5 via NP-PS4AppCategory.txt Edit, Dumping PS5 PSN Games the Proper Way Guide, PS5 Kernel Exploit Payload.bin Loader Host, PS5 Hypervisor Exploitation from a PS4 Save Game and recent PS5 60FPS Patches via Editing Game Memory Demo.
