PlayStation Showcase 2021 Unveils The Future of PS5 Next Thursday
Next Thursday Sony is inviting everyone in the PS5 Scene to tune in to the PlayStation Showcase 2021 Broadcast which will unveil the future of PlayStation 5... hopefully it includes being able to walk into retail stores and actually get one soon. 
This PS5 News comes following the latest PlayStation State of Play and State of Play July 2021 Recap, with further details below straight from Sony Content Communications Senior Director Sid Shuman to quote:
You’ve been awfully patient, and we thank you for that. And now we’re looking forward to showing you what we’ve been working on.
Tune in next Thursday, September 9 at 1:00pm Pacific Time / 9:00pm BST / 10:00pm CEST for a look into the future of PS5.
The Showcase will weigh in at around 40 minutes and include updates from PlayStation Studios and some of the industry’s most imaginative developers, for games releasing this holiday and beyond. And stick around after the presentation to get more updates from some of the studio teams featured in the Showcase.
One thing to note: PlayStation’s next generation of VR (PS5 VR Controller) won’t make an appearance this time. But there will still be plenty of great PS5 games from developers large and small. We hope you can join us!

New PlayStation Plus Games Unveiled for September 2021
Headlining the new PlayStation Plus games arriving this September 7th for PS Plus members are Overcooked: All You Can Eat! for PS5 alongside Hitman 2 and Predator: Hunting Grounds for the PS4 video game console.

The game contains features to allow as many players as possible to join in the food frenzy, with scalable UI, dyslexia friendly text and colour blindness options all available.
Predator: Hunting Grounds | PS4
Hunt or be hunted in this asymmetrical multiplayer shooter that pits man against Predator. As part of a four-person Fireteam, complete challenging missions before the Predator finds you.
Or be the Predator and hunt your prey, using deadly alien weaponry – such as the shoulder-mounted Plasma Caster, Combistick and more – to stalk your prey. Learn different classes and styles of play no matter what side you choose.

PS5 Fan Mod / PS4 Fan Mod: Adjustable Speed Accelerator Controller
Those concerned about their PlayStation 5 or PlayStation 4 console overheating that don't mind voiding the warranty may be interested in a PS5 Fan Mod or PS4 Fan Mod in the form of an Adjustable Speed Accelerator Controller modification from Circuit Surgery on eBay, which sells for around $20.63 (£14.99) each with $15.27 (£11.10) for Royal Mail International Track shipping. 
PlayStation 5 (PS5) Fan Payload
Details of the solderless PlayStation 5 Adjustable Fan Accelerator plug-and-play modification from the product page include:
This is a small module that can be fitted to your console that will increase the speed of the fan by a percentage of the speed set by the console that can be set by the user. This helps keep your console cooler and therefore less likely to develop problems associated with heat.
The user can set the amount by which the fan speed will be increased in 10% steps, from 10% to 100%, by simply setting the rotary switch. The switch is operated using a small (2mm) flat-bladed screwdriver, which can be obtained here.
Easy to fit: no soldering required, just unplug the fan, plug this module in its place and then plug the fan into the module.
You will need to open the console in order to fit the module, so please be aware that this will invalidate your warranty. IT WILL NOT FIX A BROKEN CONSOLE!
