PRX_505 Update Adds PS4 ELF Injection via PS4Debug by Backporter
Building upon Swaqq's PS4PRX Tool that was previously released and proceeding his PS4 Trophy Unlocker PRX Demo & PS4 Game Patches Repo, today PlayStation 4 Scene developer @Backporter (Kernel_Panic___ on Twitter) updated PRX_505 adding PS4 ELF Injection via PS4Debug alongside a 'Refresh' button to his Github repository.

Umineko Catbox (UCE) English PS4 Patch Work-In-Progress via Ooa113y
Following the Persona 5 / Persona 5 Royal PS4 Game Patches, recently ooa113y's Github repository was updated with a Umineko Catbox (UCE) English PS4 Translation Patch that is a work-in-progress (WIP) and has not been tested with the pricey region-free Japanese PS4 game currently selling for $63.23 on eBay used, $89.27 on eBay new and up to $121.74 on Amazon.

RPCS3 PS3 Emulator for PC Adds FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) Support
The open-source RPCS3 PS3 Emulator for PC has progressed well over the years, since the After Burner Climax Demo, Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs showcase, Dead Space Extraction Fully Emulated, Demon's Souls Demo and the latest RPCS3 update adding FidelityFX Super Resolution support to play PlayStation 3 games with high resolutions via AMD FSR upscaling!

"The PS3 emulation is very CPU bound, so the performance benefits of FSR may not be as good as GPU heavy PC titles. Games lacking antialiasing may also see the pixelation effect magnified by FSR, which is recommended to be included in the graphics pipeline after antialiasing. This also means that it will upscale all elements of the game, including UI.
According to the official website, the emulator supports 62% of PS3 games with the remaining 31% of games rendered with glitches and 6% of titles not working after the menu is displayed or not working at all. Still, that’s an impressive portfolio of games that have just been (indirectly and unofficially) added to FSR-supported games."
