GTA 5 Azura Menu 1.1 Update on PS4 1.76 Demo by MrMario2011
Since GTAV PS4 Azura 1.1 Menu by @2much4u went live via AzuraMenu.com PlayStation 4 user MrMario2011 shared a video demonstration of it and some related guides on his YouTube Channel for those on PS4 1.76 OFW with details below. 
From the video's caption, to quote: "Azura Menu for Grand Theft Auto 5 was created by 2much4u and is the first publicly released mod menu for a game on PlayStation 4.
This works by packaging the mod menu into a payload file which can be sent over to the PS4 via Azura LoadBox and is then loaded in game once GTA5 is booted.
It is not permanent, meaning you will have to send over the payload each time you boot up the game and want to play using the mod menu. The mod menu shown in this video only works on GTA5 version 1.00 at the moment.
The menu shown in here is the update Azura Menu 1.1 which adds a slew of new features and fixes to add to the experience, thereby becoming quite an extensive menu for fun offline play!"
