PlayStation VR Skyrim Virtual Reality Bundle Details and Pricing
Last week we saw the introduction of a PS VR GT Sport Bundle and today Sony announced that a PlayStation VR Skyrim VR Bundle is also incoming with pre-orders starting for a mere $449.99 USD or $579.99 CAD. :gigglexf2:

Check out all the deets below straight from Sony PlayStation Marketing VP Mary Yee, to quote:

The November 17 release date for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR is just around the corner, and we couldn’t be happier to announce that we’re making it easier than ever to enjoy the epic open world of The Elder Scrolls with the PlayStation VR Skyrim VR Bundle.

The PlayStation VR Skyrim VR Bundle includes the PS VR system, PlayStation Camera, two PlayStation Move controllers, and Skyrim VR — including the Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn add-ons. Also included is an updated PS VR Demo Disc that features demos from 13 PS VR titles.

The PlayStation VR Skyrim Bundle will launch alongside the game on November 17 in the U.S. for $449.99 USD and in Canada for $579.99 CAD. If you want to make sure you get your hands on one, pre-order your bundle starting today.

This is the full length open-world game you have been waiting to experience in virtual reality. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’s stellar reputation hardly needs an introduction, as the title has won more than 200 game of the year awards in its time. We simply can’t wait for PS4 gamers to experience it like never before.

For those who are longtime fans of the game, Skyrim VR will transport you right into the game’s epic world. For those who have yet to play Skyrim, you are in for massive treat.

Dragons, long lost to the passages of the Elder Scrolls, have returned to Tamriel and the future of the Empire hangs in the balance. As the Dragonborn, the prophesied hero born with the power of The Voice, you are the only one who can stand amongst them.

And you will — all in a stunning virtual reality package. Skyrim VR can be played with either a DualShock 4 or the PlayStation Move controllers. To heighten your experience, each controller also enables you to customize your movement with both free movement and teleportation options.

NORwegian Teensy Clip Edition for E3 PS3 Downgrading by Zeigren
As PlayStation 4 owners await further updates from SpecterDev on v4.05 progress, over the weekend some good things are also coming to PS3 users including a tentative PS3 WebKitSploit release window by @esc0rtd3w and also the NORwegian Teensy Clip Edition for E3 PS3 downgrading by @Zeigren. :biggrinxf2:

Below are some pictures of both the NORwegian Teensy Clip Edition and NORwegian Teensy Socket Edition Board, and from @xxmcvapourxx in the PSXHAX Shoutbox, to quote: "Now downgrading will be alot easier with NAND and NOR with just USB power no need for PSU."

This is what Zeigren had to say on Reddit about his latest PCB hardware device, to quote: Here it is! The NORwegian Teensy Clip Edition!

It can:
  • READ/WRITE NANDs WITH THE E3 NOR CLIP
  • READ/WRITE NORs WITH THE E3 NOR CLIP
  • Read/write NANDs with the 360 clip (32 pin)
  • Read/write NANDs with the NAND UNI Clip (48 pin)
  • Read/write NANDs with the NOR UNI Clip (56 pin)
  • Read/write NORs with the NOR UNI Clip (56 pin)
  • Can be powered over microUSB with a 2 amp phone charger, no external power supply needed
Instead of using GitHub wiki I moved everything over to GitHub pages: https://zeigren.github.io/

Which contains more info about both boards, and is where I'll post further stuff I'm working on (I'll post here too) BUT ALSO I made a guide on how to use both boards. It's a work in progress, but it's mostly there.

Even though it's geared towards my boards a bunch of it is useful for anyone downgrading, especially using a Teensy.

They're both TSOP packages so they only differ in length, based on how many pins they have. Thus being able to use a NOR clip on a NAND, there's just 8 extra pins that hang off the end of the NAND when you put the clip on top lol.
PS4 Debug PKG Installation with FSELF Retail Port by M0rph3us1987
Following his PS4FileNinja and Source Code releases alongside the recent Flat_z Custom / Repacked PS4 PKGs, this weekend PlayStation 4 developer m0rph3us1987 confirmed via Twitter that PS4 Debug PKG installation with FSELF support on retail consoles is working... while suggesting it may be time to port some emulators such as Libretro since the recent MSX progress. ;)

In the Tweets below he states he ported @flatz's code and it currently works up to PS4 Firmware 5.01, but reminds us a public kernel exploit is required before there will be a release.

PS4 4.05 PKG INSTALL
Someone told me this is not working yet. That is not correct. PKG installs fine. The problem is you would need a license file to play the content. PKG must be on root of USB just like on 1.76. Exciting times....

orbis-ld --fself-flags= >>> Set the fself flags specified.
Possible values are "videoservice" and "nongame"
Code:
orbis-bin.exe --dump-fself-info file.elf Flag Value Non-game 0 Video service 0
Thanks to @raedoob for the heads-up on Twitter of this news and to @Figure03 on the PSXHAX...
