Following his DarkNet 4.81 CEX V1.00 CFW, today PlayStation 3 developer @darkjiros updated the CFW to DarkNet 4.81 CEX v1.00 COBRA 7.3 PS3 Custom Firmware complete with source code and the changes detailed below.

thanks for replied, i already install the new one but still the same, when i use the rebug tool it showed 4.81 system firmware, and i also got a bad dump, is it ok?

yes it's OK
you can continue PATCHING - reflash - reinstal CFW 4.81 via safemode

About 10 months without playing on my PS3 Slim, still on Rogero 4.50... Can I upgrade to Darknet 4.81 just putting on a thumb drive and select "System Update"? Is that simple or I'll have to install or uninstall something first?

I would say yes as long as you update via USB and not from the Internet, but as I haven't had a PS3 in over 4 years perhaps @misiozol can confirm that enabling QAFlag or any other funky steps aren't necessary these days.

Simple like this , but again I see no reason to update to 4.81 , you better stick to 4.80.1 rebug
