Following their previous revision, today the PlayStation 4 modders of e✘treme made available a new PS4 1.76 UI Mod Alpha 0.13 Custom Home Menu demonstration video with details below.

To quote from e✘treme-Modding.de: Info: The Games folder in the Home Menu appear if you have installed CUSA00851 and the app.db (Database_UK) work only if your System Language is English (United Kingdom).
Trophy Edit will not work if you have earned Trophys already. GAME Launcher and APP_Home (data) appear if you have installed GTA V Disc (CUSA00411) and OMSK (NPXS29005).
PSN User Avatar is only for a PS4 with PSN User and you have to edit the file with your own link because Sony has blocked e✘treme-Modding.de on 1.76.
