PS4 4.01 Linux Installation / Ksploit Demo at GeekPwn 2016

Today at the GeekPwn 2016 Carnival in Shanghai Station the Pavilion Safety Research Lab shared a PS4 4.01 Linux installation / Ksploit demonstration exploit video via Chinese site Changting Technology Security Lab!

In the video they navigate their PS4 Web browser to http://chaitin.cn/ps4 which currently just shows their video instead of their 'Sony PlayStation4 Jailbreak' so hopefully more details on this PS4 jailbreak method will follow soon!

I know what yoyu are saying but if there is no releace and sony patches >4.01 and it takes another dev a long time to get the same exploit, it will be the same situation as 1.76 with a small user base.

Correct me if i am wrong, I dont know what alot about this stuff or a dev.

Guys take note that this might be fake as I clearly see an edit in the video right before the Linux Booting Installation. They could've edited it from another firmware.

Its a big news because it seems there is a Kernel exploit for the newest Firmware 4.01 ! And if this will get released even more devs can try their best
