Bandai Namco Reveals Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Hits PS4 on January 17th
DBZ anime fans get set as Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot blasts onto PS4 next January 17th, 2020 sporting iconic storylines, gameplay and a PlayStation 4 pre-order trailer video featuring Majin Buu and The Great Saiyaman below.

What is something about this storyline that only hardcore DBZ fans will appreciate?
We're reproducing many detailed scenes that only the diehard fans would recognize. Many of the previous Dragon Ball games, due to the nature of them being a Fighting Action Game, focused a lot on reproducing the main and most epic fights of Dragon Ball Z. But since Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is an Action RPG, we’re also able to shed light on events that occurred in between the iconic fights.
We’re also featuring original stories that will be told for the very first time, through unique sub-quests and dialogue. And some settings have even been newly created by the author Akira Toriyama. So I hope this is something the hardcore DBZ fans would appreciate.
For DBZ newcomers, what arc should they most look forward to, and why is it important to the overall storyline?
I would have to say the Saiyan Arc. Aside from it being the first arc in Dragon Ball Z, it’s the moment where Goku discovers his Saiyan blood-line, and also his name “Kakarot”. And I really believe that this is when the story and world of Dragon Ball began to growing into an incredible scale.
It was recently revealed that Goku and Piccolo DMV episode will be playable as a side mission. What kind of gameplay can we expect for this?

PS4 Firmware Checker for Latest System and Recovery FW by Pearlxcore
With testers currently running PS4 Firmware / System Software 7.00 Beta 5 it won't be long (about two weeks) before Sony unleashes the next OFW update, and proceeding his PS4 PKG Tool GUI homebrew application PlayStation 4 scene developer @pearlxcore (Twitter) updated his Github repository with PS4 Firmware Checker revision 2 to check the latest Recovery and System Software versions.

Sony Announces NHL 20 PS4 Pro Bundle Sweeps Canada on September 13th
Following Sony's Fortnite Neo Versa 1TB PS4 Bundle, today they announced that an NHL 20 PS4 Pro Bundle is coming to Canada on September 13th, eh?

The NHL 20 PS4 Pro Bundle comes to Canada September 13 for $499.99 CAD (MSRP), and includes a PS4 Pro console, a matching DualShock 4 Wireless Controller and a copy of EA SPORTS NHL 20.
