P.T. Playable Teaser Silent Hills Demo Camera PS4 Hacks by ManFightDragon
Proceeding the Unreal PT: Windows PC VR Remake and his Ratchet & Clank PS4 Debug Menu findings, video game hacker and modder extraordinaire @manfightdragon (aka Lance McDonald on YouTube) recently shared some eerie discoveries from his P.T. Playable Teaser Silent Hills demo camera PS4 hacks on Twitter with a Patreon support page also available. 
Previously we've seen a PS4 Testkit Running PT, Playable Teaser PS4 Model Data / Textures, P.T. PlayStation 4 Resources and a P.T. PS4 Retail Demo of P.T. released by Konami in August 2014, consequently removed from PlayStation Store in late April 2015 due to issues between Hideo Kojima and Konami.
Although the P.T. demo can no longer be downloaded from PSN nor your PS4 Library, those who already installed it on their PlayStation 4 console and haven't removed it can still play the demo.
Below are several Tweets featuring some creepy P.T. R3 button zoomed-in hacked camera clips utilizing his customized camera axis injections revealing that Lisa is always right behind you... until he prepares a full video on his YouTube Channel:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare PS4 Multiplayer Beta Incoming, Trailer
The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare PS4 Beta officially rolls out this Thursday, and today Activision released a CoD: Modern Warfare PS4 Multiplayer Beta trailer video with details below.

Get an early look at a collection of several maps and modes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has to offer before it releases on October 25. Be among the first to experience the intense multiplayer action, ranging from the quick, close quarters 2v2 Gunfight mode, to traditional 6v6 multiplayer gameplay, and larger player count firefights.
Try new gameplay mechanics, including bullet penetration, gun mounting, door breaching, and night vision multiplayer gameplay maps featuring night vision goggles (NVGs) that allow for an amazing tactical experience.
Beta Weekends: What's the Plan?
There are two weekends of Modern Warfare Beta content. Each “weekend” lasts a total of around five days, scheduled to begin each Thursday morning at 10am Pacific and ending on Monday morning Pacific (with exact content conclusion timing still to be decided).
Weekend 1
PS4 Exclusive Beta
The first Beta Test Weekend is exclusively for PS4 owners, running from Thursday, September 12 to the morning of Monday, September 16.
Early Access
The first two days of the weekend — Thursday, September 12, and Friday, September 13 — are available for early access to players who have pre-ordered Modern Warfare on PS4. Check your local retailer or PlayStation Store for pre-order information.
Open
The rest of the Beta period, from Saturday, September 14, to the morning of Monday, September 16, is free to all PS4 owners. If you’ve got a PS4 and an internet connection, you should be good to go, though PlayStation Plus may be a requirement in some territories.

PS4Delta: Experimental Host for PS4 Games on Windows by Force67
Recently developer @Force67 of Alpin.dev shared a work-in-progress experimental host advanced compatibility layer for running PS4 games on Windows (64 bit) he calls PS4Delta on Github with PlayStation 4 scene devs.
