Along with some Bandai Namco fan favorites, today Dark Souls 2 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 join PlayStation Now for those who subscribe to Sony's PS Now digital content delivery service.
Below is a preview video and additional details from PlayStation Now's Brian Dunn with a 7-Day Free Trial also available, to quote:
Beginning today, PlayStation Now subscribers can enjoy even more of Bandai Namco’s biggest franchises. Experience FromSoftware’s hit RPG Dark Souls II and explore the dangerous world of Drangleic.
Or pick your favorite fighters and go head-to-head in Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Also new this month are Namco Museum Essentials (Pac-Man, Xevious, Galaga, DigDug, Dragon Spirit, and Xevious Resurrection), as well as Dead to Rights: Retribution.
Here’s a list of some of the most popular games on PlayStation Now over the past month:
Many may remember the Adventure Time developer leak, and following the Rebug 4.81.1 DECR CFW today PlayStation 3 developer @MrNiato shared a video demo of a European developer leak showcasing a 2014 Build of GRID Autosport on his PS3 DECR-1000A console.
To quote from his PSXHackingNews.com page: Finally I have dumped the HDD of my DECR-1000A and I have found a game that the developer had forgotten to delete from the console.
The game is GRID AUTOSPORT the build version is dated to 20/05/2014 (Europe). This game has been created by Codemasters. So, I will give you a download link for the complete build version (like in the video) + a test video.
Cheers to @MrNiato for the heads-up on his Profile status update!
In the barrage of Tweets below, PlayStation 4 developer Marcan officially confirms the PS4 can now run Vulkan and GameCube Games through the Dolphin emulator.
Unlike PS3, while there is currently no Fake Save Data application for PlayStation 4 work is slowly being done on PS4 Save Encryption so here's to hoping it won't be long before the binary can be used by FF15 fans.
To quote from Hydrogen: Full Complete Final Fantasy XV Game Save
Introduction
I have never uploaded a Game Save for this section, and it might be interesting to finally do so. Today I bring you my save that has everything literally completed on Final Fantasy XV. I might be missing a small amount of items, or like 2/3 weapons, but I have every ultimate weapon in the game. Since this is the first save for the Final Fantasy XV, hopefully you all enjoy it.
What does this contain?
All Vaults Completed
All Quests/Side Quests Completed
All Items
All Weapons/Ultimate Weapons
Max APs
All Max Ascension Grid
Max 99 Level
All Bosses Defeated
A TON more!
Notice: Quick reminder, PS4 Resigning hasn't came up for the PlayStation 4 Console so you wont be able to use this for the moment, but whenever it does, have fun with the save. In a week or two, i'll re-upload the save that has everything in the game completed and everything maxed for those small things I haven't done.
Overall, everything is actually done. P.S this does contain a platinum trophy once resigning does come out
Here's a big THANKS to @HydrogenNGU for sharing his PS4 Final Fantasy...
A few months ago PlayStation 4 developer @MrNiato shared a PlayStation 4 TestKit DEX Console Manager demonstration video, and today following the launch of his new site he returns with a Happy New Year gift bringing PS4 developers the Console Manager Tool Source Code for TestKit / DevKit owners.
To quote from his site PSXHackingNews.com: [SC] Console Manager Tool for PS4 TestKit / DevKit
Nearly 2 month after the video I release the source code of my console manager, yes this is really basic but maybe one day it will be useful. Of course I don't include the Interop.ORTMAPILib because this is illegal.
