PS4 Remote PKG Installer GUI by BenjaminFaal is Now Available
PlayStation 4 homebrew developer @benjamin94 aka BenjaminFaal (Twitter) let us know he pushed live a PS4 Remote PKG Installer GUI today for use with @flatz's PS4 Remote Package Installer and Updates.

Sony's Games Under Promotional Sale Begins on PlayStation Store Today
Today Sony officially launches their latest Games Under promotional sale on PlayStation Store featuring limited time deals on Dead by Daylight: Special Edition, Resident Evil 2 Deluxe Edition, Assassin's Creed Odyssey and more outlined below!

PlayStation Store’s new Games Under promotion begins Tuesday, January 19 and brings with it a selection of amazing experiences available at a reduced price for a limited time.
Running until Wednesday February 3 at 11.59pm local time, the Games Under sale includes the likes of multiplayer horror Dead by Daylight: Special Edition PS4 & PS5, open world epic Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and survival horror Resident Evil 2 – Deluxe Edition.
There are plenty of other titles included in the sale – a selection of which you can see below – so check out the full list for European players here and North American players here.

Since their PS5 Power, Thermals & Storage Analysis the folks at Digital Foundry have returned with a PS5 vs PS4 Pro Comparison Video showcasing the PlayStation 5 60 FPS upgrade of Days Gone against that of the 30 FPS PlayStation 4 Pro console footage.

Abuse SDL2 WIP Port PS4 Homebrew Fork via DMiller423 (Znullptr)
Following the Mednafen PS4 PKG and OpenBOR PS4 PKG, this weekend PS4Scene developer @zezu420 (aka dmiller423) shared via Twitter an Abuse PS4 homebrew SDL2 (Simple DirectMedia Layer v2.0) fork of the WIP port based on the classic 1995 2D side-scrolling platform video game featuring beautiful lighting, realistic animation and nasty alien-like creatures to destroy.
