Thus far we've seen some
PS5 Game Dumps from groups including
BigBlueBox,
JRP and
PS5B in the
PlayStation 5 Scene following the raw
PS5 Game RiPs, more
PS5 Game Images and initial
PlayStation 5 Game Dumps... and recently the aforementioned signed an official
PS5 Scene Rules agreement going into effect as of
2021-01-15 00:00:01 UTC setting standards that releases are expected to abide by for distribution on topsites without getting nuked or deluser'd by overzealous siteops.
For those new in the scene, typically release groups have a WHQ (World Headquarters) alongside a few Headquarters (for example, East Coast HQ / West Coast HQ) and the warez files will trickle down from pre-sites (Pre-release FTP servers) to the regular topsites in the hierarchy... eventually making their way to more risky paid-slot servers (Honeypots notoriously ran by Feds to carry out
raids) and then to end-users through private and public Torrent trackers, P2P (Peer to Peer) networks and Web sites.
Most scenes have rules for couriers who obtain 'credits' by uploading files which meet universally agreed upon conditions, that can in turn be used to download content they're seeking (essentially a 'ratio' arrangement similar to private Torrents, with the exception being that couriers have access to the latest 0-day releases which may not be available elsewhere yet).
An archive of
Scene Rules is available including multi-lang / non-English rules covering everything from eBooks to MP3's to movies and video games with the
