PS4 PKG Tool GUI to Rename and Export File Lists by Pearlxcore
Following his PS4 Dump Checker Tool, PlayStation 4 scene developer @pearlxcore (Twitter) of Pearlxcore.net recently made available a PS4 PKG Tool GUI complete with source code and updates on Github for those interested.

Features
- Scan and view your collection of PS4 PKG library.
- View pkg info such PKG param info, PKG trophy list and PKG entry.
- Rename and export PKG to excel file.
- Check PKG update.
- Send PKG to PS4 via network.
This only compatible with any PS4 firmware capable running Flatz's Remote Package Installer app. Splitted update PKG is not supported at this moment.
- Open program settings.
- Set PC and PS4 IP address.
- Install node.js and http-server module. (Make sure Node.js allowed through firewall)
- If you unable to install http-server via PS4 PKG Tool, restart PS4 PKG Tool and try reinstall the module or you can install it manually using command 'npm install http-server -g' on command prompt.
- Save and Exit program settings.
- Launch Remote Package Installer apps on your PS4.
- Select PKG you wish to install, right-click and select 'Send PKG to PS4'.

Dreams' Creator by Media Molecule Early Access Launches This Spring
Building on their success with LittleBigPlanet, Media Molecule announced today that early access to the Dreams' Creator will launch this Spring on April 16th for those who enjoy making their own digital video game creations. 
Below are some Dreams videos, and to quote from the official site on the upcoming PlayStation 4 title: "Dreams is a space where you go to play and experience the dreams of Media Molecule and our community. It’s also a space in which to create your own dreams, whether they’re games, art, films, music or anything in-between and beyond."

Early Access won’t have everything that the full version of Dreams will, but you’ll get 100% of the same Dreams tools that we have used every day at MM to make our content. As well as fun, deep interactive tutorials catering for all skill sets and levels and Mm-crafted arcade games ready to play and remix.
If you joined us during the beta period and published your assets, you’ll also have your beta creations to return to. Along the way, we’ll be adding more features, tutorials, arcade levels and assets during the Early Access period as we build towards the full slate of launch content.
Just like with LittleBigPlanet, we have always planned to evolve Dreams with the community and this is just the start. We’ll use Early Access to help us prioritize all the awesome stuff we’re already working on and get feedback as player needs develop and evolve.

Following his Lapy's Chicken (Flappy Bird Clone) PS4 FPKG port and Save The Scene: Private Mission PS4 homebrew release, PlayStation 4 developer Lapy05575948 is back with El Pollo 2.0 for jailbroken PS4 5.05 consoles with details below.

It is based on a flash game called "Helicopter"
Some images are from the Rovio Angry Birds game, and the theme song is from the movie "Black Hawk Down".
The controls of the game are very simple: keep pressing any button to go up and release it to go down, it works with either mouse, keyboard or gamepad.
It is translated into Spanish and English. Spanish for those who have the console or Windows in Spanish, and in English for all other configurations.
The game saves in both versions the highest score achieved and has an anti-cheat system.

H-encore 2.0 PS Vita Kernel Exploit / Jailbreak Update by TheFloW
Proceeding his initial H-encore PS Vita 3.65, 3.67 & 3.68 Firmware Jailbreak and the recent Modoru PS Vita Downgrader release, PlayStation Vita scene developer TheFloW has now updated the PS Vita Kernel Exploit to H-encore 2.0 for jailbreaking Sony's handheld console!

- Added ability to auto-exit and bypass the bootstrap menu. You can force launching the bootstrap menu by holding R while launching h-encore).
- Added ability to personalize the savedata in order to get rid of the trophy warning.
- Added confirmation dialog for Reset taiHEN config.txt option.
- Updated default spoof version to 3.70.
- Updated kernel ROP chain to use fewer and better gadgets.
- Your device must be on firmware 3.65, 3.67 or 3.68. Firmware 3.69 and higher are not supported. If you're on a lower firmware, please decide carefully to what firmware you want to update, then search for a trustable guide on /r/vitahacks.
- If your device is a phat OLED model, you need a Memory Card in order to install. There's no need for a Memory Card on Slim/PS TV models, since they already provide an Internal Storage. Make sure you have got at least 270 MB of free space...
