They say history repeats itself and every year starts with a PS4 dongle jailbreak rumor, as in 2015, in 2016, another in 2016 and now to kick off 2017 the latest PlayStation 4 dongle rumor being that despite their Twitter being dead, the Facebook page of Team SGK is abuzz since news of PS4 4.07 Unlimited PSN Gamesharing by Xmax Katsu broke.

Now they're attempting to peddle everything from 1.76 / 3.55 PS4's to Raspberry Pi's, Teensys & PS3 Console IDs with the coup de grace being an alleged PlayStation 4 dongle USB device purportedly from China for playing PS4 game backups.

But wait.. there's more! They want you to Go to HeLL (specifically the HeLL Forum pictured below, and you'll need the Tor Browser to access this .onion link available only on Darknet / Deep Web) and then deposit 0.1 BiTCoin (@ash721 said $70 $91-92) to join the forum which they claim will be refunded after your first post or contribution.

As ironic as it would be if their dubious 'thing' used the same PS4 exploits that Chaitin Tech and...

Following his BMK AT9 & AT3 Converter v2.1 and recent VitaShell Mod, today PlayStation Vita homebrew developer @BenMitnicK released VitaToolBox 1.0 for PlayStation Vita with details below.

To quote from his Blog: VitaToolBox is based on VitaShell 1.51 with additional options.

VitaToolBox works independently of VitaShell and you will always need this one for the operation of Molecularshell. for the themes you can make yours for VitatoolBox and it will work with VitaShell you will have nothing to change

Most are aware of Sony's PS Plus 14-Day Free Trial, but according to @UmarDaBest559 in the Shoutbox there is a glitch for older PlayStation 4 consoles including his own CUH-1001A that allows free PlayStation Plus for life!

According to @Chaos Kid the older PS4 console bundles that came with games offered free PS Plus for a limited time (such as 1 year) and after that you'd have to pay to continue it... but @UmarDaBest559 claims his has been working since 2015 and still is to date.

Here are some steps he shared for those curious: Note: You must have an old PS4 version like my CUH-1001A or the very first PlayStation 4 bundles released for this glitch to work.

• Make a new alternate / dummy PSN account
• Activate (verify) the new account on the PS4 console
• Make it the primary account
• Start a multiplayer game
• Click on free PS Plus trial
• Switch user and you're online with that PS Plus account as your primary
• Then log into PlayStation Network and it should work
• You can get online with any game (Remember... ONLY WORKS ON OLDER PS4 CONSOLES)
