PS Vita System Software / Firmware 3.73 is Live, Don't Update!
Trick or treat?! 
Since their previous PS Vita OFW revision, today Sony pushed live a PlayStation Vita System Software / Firmware 3.73 Update leaving many curious if they patched the H-Encore 2 Jailbreak Exploit finally or not... according to SKGleba they haven't yet.

Needless to say, it's advisable NOT to update as most PlayStation Vita sceners got a PS Vita or PlayStation TV to do fun stuff like jailbreaking, running exploits and homebrew on the handheld console.

Sony PlayStation Augmented Reality (AR) Wireless Headset Patent Surfaces
Contrary to the potential PSVR2 Patent that superimposes a computer-generated image on a user's view of the real world, the latest PlayStation Augmented Reality (AR) Wireless Headset Patent by Sony Interactive Entertainment uncovered from the Japan Patent Office aims to add digital elements to a live view via multiple stereoscopic cameras. 
To quote from LetsGoDigital.org who recently discovered the patent (sony-augmented-reality.pdf), roughly translated:
"The Sony headset can be used wirelessly and can be connected via Bluetooth to a PlayStation console or a computer. The operation is via the game controller or a keyboard, depending on the medium (console or PC) that the gamer uses.
In addition, the patent description states that the headset can also be used in combination with a smartphone or tablet. So you can also play mobile AR games via the headset. By implementing the AR headset wirelessly, the user retains much more freedom of movement. Furthermore, the patent speaks about the possible addition of a USB and an HMDI connection.
In this patent, incidentally, only the technology is recorded and not so much the design. The images are for illustrative purposes only, so Sony could opt for a completely different design. In addition, the description states that the number of stereoscopic cameras used may differ."

- This is a small homebrew game developed with too much love and dedication entirely in UDKUltimate to serve as a showcase of its power.
- This shows that's possible to create ANY kind of game in UDKUltimate Engine, which is a complete and enhanced version of Unreal Engine 3.
- To start GearsOfKombat PC just go to Binaries\Win32 and run UDKGame.exe.
- To run GearsOfKombat PS3 you just need to install the game pkg using a package installer. This game runs on any CFW PS3 and HFW with HEN.
- To run GearsOfKombat Xbox360 you need to copy this game folder to an USB stick and run the XEX file using XEXMenu (only runs on JTAG/RGH).
- To avoid menus stretching because of screen size problem, please set your PS3 and Xbox360 to 720p HDMI Widescreen.
- Don't press any key on cutscene except the skip cutscene button otherwise it will break the cutscene.
- Sometimes the game over screen does not load up, so manually pause and exit game.
- You need to be a BADASS MACHO MAN WITH BALLS OF STEEL to beat this game
