Following the previous updates, PlayStation 4 developer @EROOTIIK announced via Twitter that he's updated the mod menu GTA V AP II INTENSE v2 PS4 5.05 payload to support the recent v1.27 update, however, he notes this does not support the US version at this time.
To quote from EROOTIIK via NGU on the latest AP II INTENSE v2 GTA V PS4 mod menu changes:
I'm releasing the ap ii intense v2 that I have converted and updated for PS4, only works for 4.05/4.55/5.05 on the US and EU for the version of the game without updates and EU only for the update 1.27.
I will adding PS4's vehicles and weapons in the future, if you want to translate the menu in your language you can download the extracted strings, translate them in the same order without adding a line and send me back the file.
AP II INTENSE v2 PS4 Menu Changelog v1.1:
Fixed crash issues in Song Selector
Added all PS4 weapons for Give All Weapons option
Added all PS4 vehicles in the Vehicle Spawner

Following my ApplicationCache.db release, this is just a simple payload to enable or disable the auto loading of the last page used in the PS4 webbrowser when you open it.
To toggle the enable or disable state just run the payload again and it will turn it on or off.
History Block: Enabled
when enabled the browser will not auto load the last page used when you open it.
the browser will show the Frequently Used Pages tab instead
History Block: Disabled
when disabled the browser will operate normally and auto load the last used page.

For those with a PlayStation Vita handheld console still kicking around, you'll be pleased to know developer TheFloW just released h-encore, a fully chained kernel exploit for PS Vita on Firmware versions 3.65-3.68 which allows the loading of homebrew including HENkaku and the TaiHEN CFW Framework.
Below are the h-encore installation instructions from the README.md, to quote: h-encore
h-encore, where h stands for hacks and homebrews, is the second public jailbreak for the PS Vita™ which supports the newest firmwares 3.65, 3.67 and 3.68. It allows you to make kernel- and user-modifications, change the clock speed, install plugins, run homebrews and much more.
Requirements
Your device must be on firmware 3.65, 3.67 or 3.68. Any other is not supported. If you're on a lower firmware, please decide carefully to what firmware you want to update, then search for a trustable guide on /r/vitahacks (if you know how and want to contribute, you can edit this readme and make a pull request, such that fellow readers have got an easier life). Remember that on firmware 3.65 you have got the possibility to install enso, the permanent hack, whereas on 3.67 and 3.68 you don't.
If your device is a phat OLED model, you need a Memory Card in order to install. There's no need for a Memory Card on Slim/PS TV models, since they already provide an Internal Storage. Make sure you...
Finally got it!! After several days of research, PS4ADMIN is able to launch directly GTA V mods, currently available for 5.05.
If anyone has already more GTA V Mods converted to 5.05 and want to be shown in PS4ADMIN, let me know about the binary and credits of the developer and I will add it in PS4ADMIN.
If that method is not safe for you, you can modify your Primary and Secondary DNS to: 139.99.172.148 in your network settings and run the User Guide, which will show you the PS4ADMIN.
By using this DNS you won't be able to get access to internet except for the PlayStation manual URL which is in fact PS4ADMIN. This method is safe.
You can take a look here in this video: PS4 5.05 GTA V 1.27 Mod Menu - PS4Admin - Payload Direct
Note: I won't release PS4ADMIN for ESP8266 anymore, see HERE for details thanks.
The payload contains a basic set of exploits for anyone that just wants a simple set of exploits.. just run the payload then go to http://cache/index.html or the user guide. If you delete the browser data just run the payload again and it will reinstall the basic exploits.
You don't need to disable the network connection so the ftp payload will still work.
The DB_SG_Backup payload also backs up the cache db, if you already have a offline cache setup you can back that up.
If you delete the browser data you can put the ApplicationCache.db file from the backup on the root of a usb drive and reinstall it using this payload.
For anyone that is looking to make their own db file I have included the SQL File to create a db using DB Browser.
Just modify the sql to suit your needs and create a new database in DB Browser called ApplicationCache.db and execute the sql and save.. you can put the ApplicationCache.db on the root of a usb drive and run the install payload to install it.
If you want to modify the payload to contain your version of the db file just encode your db file with base64 and put the data into the ApplicationCache.h file of the source and compile.
Inbuilt (basic) exploits:
