Adventure Time is The First PS Vita VPK Backup Game? Not Quite!
With the recent release of HENkaku many PlayStation Vita sceners not content with simple homebrew desired to play PS Vita VPK game backups... enter Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom! 
If you dodge Sony's latest PS Vita 3.61 Firmware Update or simply PSProxy Bypass it and head over to Pastebin.com you'll see the following, which appears to have been dumped by someone who calls themselves HF:
Adventure TIme - Very first vita backup.vpk (176.18 MB)
Adventure time psvita, never released game (dumped from devkit)

While there is an official PS Vita VPK Showcase and VPK Mirror, these repositories primarily consist of Compiled PS Vita Homebrew with none containing commercial retail PlayStation Vita games playable as VPK files.
According to Yifan Lu on Reddit, to quote:

PSProxy v3.1.0.0 PSN Update Bypass by Red-EyeX32 is Released
NOTE: PSPROXY FOR PSVITA use with caution. The way henkaku was done, it can be noticed by Sony.
A few months back PlayStation developer Red-EyeX32 released a PS4 Update Bypasser and now he's back with a few updates to PSProxy bringing it from v3.0.0.0 to v3.1.0.0 followed by v4.0.0.0 with more below!

PlayStation Vita System Software 3.61 Update Out, Blocks HENkaku!
Following their previous update, Sony has now released a PlayStation Vita System Software 3.61 Update (also for PS TV) which blocks the HENkaku exploit on PS Vita.
One can't help but ponder the question... is it better to keep such things private as they will inevitably be patched by Sony once made public, or don't worry about them being blocked and enjoy the e-fame while you can?
Scene developers share mixed views on this debate, as there are pros and cons to both sides but typically it's the decision of whoever found the exploit whether to share it or not.

Someone who is experiencing this problem, try running that on app.db and see if it bypasses it.
Cursory investigation seem to show that it's failing lv0 version checks. If true, that means we can't spoof fw until either a lv0 hack or a hack on newer fw.
Very likely to be lv0 checks...
