Is there a Target Manager tool for jailbroken PS4s?

Something similar to ProDG Target Manager for PS3. An app that can tell you what game files are being loaded in real time when connected to a PS3 on DEX CFW. The only thing I've found like that for PS4 is Neighborhood for PS4 and it doesn't look like it does the same thing. Let alone it only being for devkits.
