PS4 HEN Enable Updated PlayStation VR Payload with Source Code

I have been messing around with trying to get my VR headset to work with 4.05 for a little while, and because the VR headset is updated to the latest firmware it wouldn't work.

Just recently @XVortex pointed out you can poke a memory value to sort of spoof the system firmware version, so I tried what he said and put together a Enable_VR.bin payload (load the HEN payload and then load the VR payload because the Web exploit will say invalid import map, or use this idc.zip modified IDC exploit to launch it as I have added the 5.05 sections so it does not complain about import map) to poke the offset and found it allowed my VR headset to work.

Update: Ok I sorted out the problem and merged the enable VR mod into XVortex's HEN 1.3 so you can now just run this 1 HEN payload and play VR with the source code below:

I only have 1 VR game to test on at the moment as I have to download the VR games now, but it is Resident Evil 7 and its working with my latest updated VR 3.10 and 4.05 + HEN.

I cant get my new move controllers to pair but i used to have the older ps3 ones and they worked on my 4.07 ps4 but i dont have them any more.

I will have to hunt around for some old ones to try.

I tested the move and it works, while they were syncronized on the 5.50

ok I got 2 ps3 move controllers and they work fine on 4.05/4.55
the ps4 move controllers require firmware 4.70 or above as printed on the box.

I will play around with poking memory locations and try and see if it can be changed like the vr firmware requirement. if I find a working solution I will update the payload.

Is the v2 move required 4.70 system firmware, can you find a solition ?

Yeah me too. I bought 2 of that. Cech-zcm2g. I thought the device is faulty. It will charge but refuse to connect with ps4 at 4.05 and ps4 pro at 4.55. But only pair with another ps4 pro of mine with 5.50. And later i bought cech-zcm1g before the refresh to change mini usb to Micro usb but still a psvr packaging and it works. Now than I realise it requires firmware 4.70 and above. Dannnng. Lol

Oh ya on a side note.

The newer vr only works with ps4. My ps3 can't detect it and pc also can't use for vr games. But the older version works on all 3 platform.
