Proceeding PS4HEN 1.8, PS4HEN 1.9 and the PS4REN release comes PS4HEN 2.0 Homebrew Enabler followed by PS4 HEN v2.1, PS4 HEN v2.1.1, PS4 HEN v2.1.2 Beta and PS4 HEN v2.1.2 via SiSTR0 for jailbroken PS4 5.05 consoles which is a fully implemented kernel exploit for PlayStation 4 with HEN forked from @XVortex's ps4-hen-vtx Github repository. 😻 🥳

why after loading hen 2.1.2 then restart my ps4 the firmware version is the same as 5.05 not like yours became 7.02 how did you do that
 
That's because he didn't restart, he went into rest mode and resumed.

When you do that your PS4 will show whatever version it is spoofed to. :)
 
@Masarob The firmware spoof is useful for a couple of reasons.

If you use PSVR and it is updated to the latest firmware it will not work on your PS4 without a firmware spoof. It will keep asking you to update your PS4 because it is looking for a PS4 with a firmware version higher than 5.05, the spoof fixes that.

Also some of the new backported games do the same thing. They are expecting a PS4 on a higher version than 5.05 so they will ask you to update your PS4.

Basically when you run Hen2.1.2 it tricks the PSVR and these games to think that your console is on firmware version 7.02 making them work.

This will not allow you to use PSN or run the latest games. It doesn't work like that. Anything you see on youtube that says it can are fake. :)
